Anytime Software ("Anytime", "we", "us") built this site to help businesses grow, not to collect data for its own sake. This page explains what information we gather when you visit anytime.software or talk to us, why we gather it, and what say you have over it.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, or basic technical information every website receives automatically.
- Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or consultation form, that is your name, work email, company name, and whatever you write in the message. If you book a call, we also get whatever scheduling details that requires.
- Basic technical information. Like almost every site, our server and hosting provider log standard details such as your browser type, general location, and the pages you visit, so we can keep the site running and see which pages are useful.
We do not ask visitors to create an account to browse the site, and we do not buy personal data about you from anyone else.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your message or set up the call you asked for.
- To understand which parts of the site people find helpful, so we can improve it.
- To run the service itself, if you become a client (for example, sending the outreach messages your campaign asks us to send).
We do not use the information you send us to send unrelated marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with the tools that keep the site and our services running, such as our website hosting provider and the software we use to manage client campaigns. Each of those providers is only allowed to use your information to provide that service to us, not for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages and consultation requests for as long as is useful for following up with you, and delete them once they are clearly no longer needed. Client data is kept for the length of our working relationship plus a reasonable period after, in case it is needed for support or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email us and we will handle it personally within a few business days.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable, standard precautions to protect the information you share with us, including limiting who on our team can access it. No online service can promise perfect security, but we treat your information the way we would want our own treated.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information in a meaningful way, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
